Introduction of the Extra IELTS Test Report Form (TRF) On-line Application Form

Please fill in your personal information carefully. If the information is incorrect, your application will be regarded as invalid. For candidates sitting the IELTS test in China, you can check your personal information by logging on to the 'My Status' page in the IELTS registration website http://ielts.etest.net.cn. Please pay the exact amount of service fees before filling in the on-line extra TRF application form.
Please give details of the extra TRF receiving organisation (name of person/department, name of receiving organization, address and country), otherwise you cannot proceed with your application. Please ensure that the information provided is correct. If the information is incomplete or inaccurate, your application will be invalid.
The electronic extra TRF service is available from 01 April 2006. In order to ensure that your receiving organization receive your electronic TRF in time, please notify the organization as soon as possible.after you select the electronic mailing option.
We will send out the extra TRF within 5 working days upon receiving the on-line application form and service fees (no earlier than the candidate's TRF issuance date). Please contact us for any changes to your application by E-mail. Please check the extra TRF sending records on this website after 17:00 on Fridays to see whether your application has been processed. We will also notify you the sending result by e-mail.
